1. 30-Day Return WindowWe offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Please note: For hygienic and safety reasons, pet items that have been heavily used, chewed on, or covered in pet hair cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Damages, Defectives, and Wrong ItemsYour satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception.If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@pawnyx.com with photos or a short video of the issue.Once the issue is verified, we will send you a brand new replacement product entirely at our expense, or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

3. Return Shipping CostsIf you are returning an item due to a change of mind or accidental order, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a ReturnTo start a return, you can contact us at support@pawnyx.com.If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds ProcessingOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Order CancellationsBecause we process and ship orders as fast as possible to ensure quick delivery, you can only cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.After this period, the order has already entered our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
